Well, when they introduced that storyline I definitely jumped on board, but before that I wanted those two together.
I could see it. I mean BRotp didn’t get a real romantic storyline until season 4 (or late season 3 if you consider Sandcastles in the Sand XD)

Another HIMYM thought.
I think there was a big, underrated piece of symbolism in “No Pressure”. The fact that we “saw” the mother is huge. Throughout the series we’ve learned more and more about her, piecing together her personality but until 7x17 we’ve only seen her ankle. Taking the huge leap of showing us her entire body from behind means, at least to me, that she’s coming...
